While I Was Away

Hello, friends!

I have been MIA for a few months due to some majorly exciting things happening in my life! From schooling, to family and traveling- so much has changed.  Here is what I have been up to:

Graduation

You heard that right- Jessica Paige Bennane has finally graduated college! I officially have a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication and a certification in Nonprofit Leadership! I am now, Jessica Bennane, CNP.

I’d like to take this time to say, “Thank you, Mom & Dad!” Honestly, thank you to everyone that helped me through this crazy ride: family, friends, roommates, professors, mentors. I could not have made it through these years without you.

In honor of this celebration, I want to share some pictures from the last five years:

Wedding Fun

Summer Camp

For the first time in four years, I was able to volunteer as a counselor & dean at Camp Talahi! In the past, I had been stuck in the kitchen all day so it was amazing to be able to spend time with the kids!

And last, but clearly important here…

Traveling!

This summer I took a crazy fun trip down south! My friend Erin and I visited some of my favorite spots (Asheville, NC; Charlotte, NC) and visited some new ones (Smoky Mountain National Park; Gatlinburg, TN; and Wilmington, NC).

I won’t spoil too much here, because you can definitely look forward to some posts about these spots soon! But, I love you guys so here are some sneak peaks of this year’s Southern Adventure:

I cannot wait to share more about this awesome 9 day trip with you guys. From camping, white water rafting, shopping, and boozing- this trip was everything I needed this summer.

Keep an eye out for a post soon- I am back

Love always,

Jess
